Terms of use
Last updated: October 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the “Saveliny” app (Android and iOS) offered by Adnan Alibegovic, Mahmutlar Mah. 125 Nolu Sok. 9, 07450 Alanya/Antalya, Türkiye (“we”). The terms of the store you obtained the app from (Google Play or the Apple App Store) also apply. The German version of these terms is legally binding.
2. Trial and purchase
The download is free. From the first launch you can use all features free of charge for 7 days. After that, adding and editing entries requires the one-time in-app purchase “Saveliny Full Version” (the price is shown in the store before purchase). This is not a subscription – there are no recurring payments and no auto-renewal, so no cancellation is necessary.
Without purchasing you can still view, export and delete your existing data.
Purchase, payment and invoicing are handled by the store. You can unlock the purchase on other devices with the same store account via “Restore purchases”.
3. Withdrawal and refunds
Refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal are governed by the store’s rules (Google Play, Apple). For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire early if you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
4. Licence
With the purchase you receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the app for private purposes on your devices within the store terms. Updates: We provide bug fixes and security updates to the extent required by law. There is no entitlement to new features or further development of the app beyond that. Since the app works without a server, the purchased version remains usable without further updates for as long as your device and the store support it.
5. Your data
All data is stored only on your device. We cannot restore it. Please back up important data regularly via the backup file (Settings → Data → “Back up for new phone”) or CSV export. Details: privacy policy.
6. No financial advice
Saveliny is a tool for a personal overview of expenses. Recognition of amounts, categories and exchange rates is automatic and may be inaccurate. The app does not replace tax, financial or legal advice or accounting.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breach of essential obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded. Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
8. Final provisions
German law applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country remain unaffected. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
